Lwandile Menze has been chosen for SA Schools!
Congratulations to Lwandile who has been called up for the SA Schools side. Lwandile represented the KZN Craven Week team in 2017, 2018 and the KZN U17 Sevens side in 2017.
Lwandile had a fantastic Craven Week this year, which earned him a Man of the Match performance in his first game against SWD.
He will now join our Captain of Rugby, Celimpilo Gumede, for fixtures against Wales, France and England.

DHS Boys Win Gold @ International Regatta!
Two Durban High School boys won Gold medals when representing South Africa at an international rowing regatta held in Zimbabwe.
Grade 10 boys, Awande Ndlovu and Londa Zungu, were both invited to participate in the international regatta, the inaugural Zimbabwe Invitational Camp and Regatta, which involved five African countries, kicked off with a pre-race training camp that commenced at Mazowe Dam on 25 June and culminated in a competitive regatta on Sunday 30 June. South Africa, Malawi, Uganda and Lesotho joined the Zimbabwean hosts in an event organised by the Rowing Association of Zimbabwe (Raz) as a way of strengthening teams ahead of the Africa Youth Games to be held in Algeria next month.
Awande and Londa trained on the Mazowe dam in Zimbabwe and were coached by various coaches from Italy, Zambia, Canada and Zimbabwe. They were also taught Olympic values by representatives from FISA, the International Rowing Federation.
Awande and Londa both achieved outstanding results at the Regatta:
Gold Medals for placing 1st in the U16 double race; Bronze Medals for placing 3rd in an U19 Open quad race – Awande Ndlovu was bow man and Londa Zungu the Cox.
